How do I make an order?
Once you’ve decided what you would like to purchase, click “add to basket”. You will be directed to your shopping basket page where you have the option to pay now or continue shopping. If you want to view your shopping basket at any time, just click on the little basket button at the top of all the pages.
How do I pay?
bedcrumb accepts all major credit and debit cards through Paypal, a safe and secure way to make payments online. Please note you don’t need to create a Paypal account in order to use the Paypal shopping cart service, Paypal simply handle the payment. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). All your payment details are strictly confidential and we do not store such information.
Yes, any information I receive from you will be kept in the strictest of confidence and will not be shared or communicated with any external third parties apart from the purposes of proccessing and completing your order.
Delivery ?
Free delivery is available on many products with a small charge on some items e.g. greetings cards just to cover the p&p costs. For international orders a small cost is charged to all orders again to cover the extra costs. Check out our Facebook page and sign up to the newsletter though as we happily add free delivery codes throughout the year.
How long will my order take to arrive? / Delivery Times?
Personalised cards and mirrors orders will be dispatched within 1-4 working days, please allow 2-3 weeks for personalised stationery and wedding packages.
If you need your purchase super quick for a special gift let me know and if I can help I will! Many items are made to order and due to the small runs and handmade nature of my products I cannot guarantee that every item is always in stock but it will always state on the product page if the item is not in stock and you are welcome to email with any enquiries/requests
Parcels shipped internationally will take 1-4 weeks depending on where you are.
During the Christmas period, New Year and UK Bank Holidays, it may take slightly longer and bedcrumb can not be held responsible for the delay around these national holiday dates.
What about Wholesale orders?
bedcrumb welcomes wholesale enquiries, please email me at bedcrumb@googlemail.com telling me a little about your shop or website and I’ll get back to you asap with trade prices, lead times and minimum order quantities.
What about returns & refunds?
We want you to be really pleased with your bedcrumb lovelies and satisfied with your new purchases. However, If you are unhappy with your purchases, for whatever reason, please let me know and I will accept returns for an exchange of goods or offer a refund on the terms that:
- The item is unworn/unused and returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt of goods.
- Please email bedcrumb@googlemail.com with the subject line 'returns' within 7 days of receiving your goods to authorise a refund or an exchange.
Please note that personalised stationery and other custom made/design products such as photo mirrors are non-refundable. Postage is also non-refundable. All items will be returned at your own cost, postage is non-refundable and your refund will be issued for the product only.
To proceed with the process of refund or exchange, you, the customer, must email me at bedcrumb@googlemail.com within 7 days of receiving your goods to arrange a refund or exchange if preferred/available. Requests for replacements/exchange or refund will not be considered after 7 days. Products that are sent back without authorizing an exchange or refund may not be resolved.
Good must be returned back in the condition they arrived ie with adequate packaging to avoid damage on return. Damaged or used items will be returned back to you.
When returning an item, the goods are your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, it is extremely important and essential to obtain proof of postage or use a service that provides a tracking number(eg. Recorded Delivery) as the refund may not be issued if we do not receive the item due to it being lost in the post or proof of postage was not obtained. We will not be responsible for items lost in the post during return transit. Upon receiving the returned items, bedcrumb will then issue a refund to original source of payment or send out the exchanged item within 5 working days.
